Ms. Fang joined the firm in 2022. As a Vice President and Fund Controller in the Portfolio Accounting & Reporting group, she is responsible for financial and investor reporting of the firm’s Social Infrastructure Fund. She oversees the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated fund reporting to investors, as well as, managing the annual audit and tax process for the funds. In addition, she is responsible for coordinating with joint venture operating partners to obtain and monitor property-level reporting. She also works directly with Portfolio Management to discuss fund liquidity, including investor capital calls, distributions, and general fund cash flow activity. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Ms. Fang was a Finance Manager at Magnetar Capital LLC, working in the Energy and Infrastructure Closed and Open-ended Funds. She was responsible for the reporting, accounting, auditing, trade and investor operation of the Energy Funds. Ms. Fang holds BA and MA degrees in Economics from University of International Business and Economics. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Guam.
