Ms. Arida joined the firm in 2018 and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. As a Managing Director in the Transactions group, she spearheads Harrison Street’s Power, Energy & Utility efforts and is responsible for originating, underwriting and executing new transactions for the Social Infrastructure Fund. She also supports development of the fund’s investment strategies and leads efforts to develop joint venture relationships with operating partners. Ms. Arida brings 13 years of infrastructure experience supporting over $10 billion of total project costs. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Ms. Arida served as Vice President at GE Energy Financial Services. During her time at GE, Ms. Arida led new product introductions and first of their kind transactions including the first U.S. offshore wind financing and the first Japanese solar project financing. Prior to GE, Ms. Arida was a Senior Associate at Atlantic Power Corporation responsible for commercial development. She started her career at GE Energy Financial Services focused on executing new power and renewables transactions and restructuring thermal, midstream and renewables investments. Ms. Arida holds a BA in Economics, a BSBA in Finance and an MBA from Boston University.
