Bio

Mr. Metzler joined the firm in 2013. As a Director in the Asset Management group, he is primarily focused on the firm’s healthcare and education strategies. He is responsible for monitoring investment performance, managing partner relationships, and executing on strategic refinances, workouts, recapitalizations, and dispositions. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Metzler was an analyst within PNC Bank’s Multifamily Balance Sheet Lending Group where he was involved with the evaluation and underwriting of senior living and skilled nursing transactions. Mr. Metzler holds a BBA with a double major in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati.
