Ms. Healey joined the firm in 2021. As a Vice President in the Asset Management group, she is responsible for the oversight of financial performance, execution of investment strategy, and management of operator relationships across the senior housing sector. Additionally, Ms. Healey participates in the underwriting and valuation processes for healthcare real estate investments. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Ms. Healey was Vice President of Asset Management at Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc., where she managed the financial performance and optimization of a portfolio of senior housing, skilled nursing, and other healthcare assets. Prior to Sabra, Ms. Healey held roles in asset management with healthcare REITs including Ventas, Inc. and Care Capital Properties, Inc. Ms. Healey began her career at M&T Bank and was an Assistant Vice President in the Healthcare Lending Division. Ms. Healey holds a BS in International Business from Elizabethtown College. She is actively involved with the National Investment Center (NIC), where she serves as a member of the Spring Conference Planning Committee and is an alumna of the Future Leaders Council.
