Bio

Mr. LeGrand joined the firm in 2011. As a Director in the Asset Management group, he is responsible for the strategic management, development and capital market activities of the firm’s education related assets. He also assists in the analysis of acquisition and development opportunities. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. LeGrand was an asset management Analyst with Inland American Real Estate Trust, Inc., where he was responsible for the analysis and management of a portfolio of the REIT’s investments in joint ventures. Mr. LeGrand holds a BBA with a major in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
