Will Smith joined Harren Equity Partners in July 2014. His responsibilities include identifying and assessing investment opportunities, closing and financing transactions and monitoring portfolio companies. Prior to joining Harren, Will was a member of the Leveraged Finance Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he worked on numerous financing transactions for a variety of non-investment grade corporate and private equity clients. Will received a Bachelor of Science cum laude in Accounting & Business Administration from the Williams School of Commerce at Washington & Lee University. In his free time, Will enjoys basketball, golf, and traveling.
