Bio

Lee J. Monahan is a Partner at Harren Equity Partners and is currently a member of the Boards of Directors of Professional Directional, Inc. and Keystone Air & Drill Supply (Keystone Drill Services/Stockdale Mine Supply), and served on the Boards of Directors of Precision Architectural Products, Virginia Explosives & Drilling Company and Woven Electronics Corporation. He is responsible for evaluating new acquisition candidates, closing and financing transactions and managing existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Harren, Lee was an Associate with H.I.G. Capital in Miami, Florida, where he was involved in the acquisitions of Republic Industries, Inc., Sunshine Kitchens, Legacy Cabinets, Groupe Cabico, Automation Tool Company, Air Logic Power Systems and Harbor Technologies. Lee graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
