Vik is a founding partner of Harkness Capital and a Board Advisor of Southwest Foodservice Excellence. He is the co-founder and Chairman of Exlservice Holdings Inc. Vik served as CEO of Exlservice from 2002 to 2008. Previously, he spent 26 years in various capacities at Bank of America including Country Manager in India and other Asian countries from 1970 to 1996. Vik served as CEO and Managing Director of Ernst & Young Consulting India from 1998 to 1999 and as Asia Director for Ernst & Young’s Global Operate Business (Outsourcing). Vik is a graduate of St. Stephens College, Delhi University and completed his Master in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmadabad (an affiliate of Harvard Business School) in 1970.
