Rich is a founding partner of Harkness Capital and a Board Advisor of Southwest Foodservice Excellence. He founded Security Networks in 2000, served as its President and CEO, and built one of the fastest-growing electronic security firms in the U.S. Previously, Rich was a principal at SLP Capital, a leading specialty finance company serving the North American security alarm industry, having completed over $400 million in financings. In 1991, Rich founded Digital Detection Systems and formed a strategic alliance with Sears, Roebuck & Co. Rich is an advisor to Athletic Recovery Zone LLC and iKare Corporation (Satelles). In addition, he sits on the Editorial Advisory Board of Security Systems News. He is also President of NOPE Taskforce, Inc., a non-profit organization. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees, both from Pennsylvania State University.
