Bio

Doug is a founding partner of Harkness Capital and a Board Advisor of Southwest Foodservice Excellence. Mr. Kelsall has more than 30 years of experience in executive management, operations, technology, finance, sales and marketing, including more than 15 years in the education industry. Doug most recently served as CEO of Education Sales Management, a provider of enrollment management, retention and career placement services to the education market. Doug previously served as President and COO of eCollege.com, an eLearning software applications and services company. He also held CFO roles at eCollege.com, Tava Technologies, and Evolving Systems. Mr. Kelsall is a graduate of the University of Colorado and completed his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
