Tony Cobuzzi joined HarbourVest in 2008 as an accounting manager and was promoted to fund controller in 2009. He manages a team of private equity accountants that produces financial reports and statements for HarbourVest funds. Tony leads the development and ongoing management of HarbourVest’s annually-issued report on internal controls, the SSAE 16. Tony has extensive experience as a senior level executive in finance and operations within privately-held companies in the sports and entertainment industry. His previous experience also includes a position as a certified public accountant and audit supervisor with Coopers and Lybrand. Tony received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Merrimack College in 1987.
