Peter Lam joined HarbourVest in 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Asia Pacific region. His responsibilities include the oversite of all corporate support functions in region, including corporate finance, human resources, and information technology. Peter was previously a Vice President and Executive Director at State Street Fund Services, where he held several positions in Asia over a 12-year career, including Head of Operations in Hangzhou, China; Chief Administrative Officer APAC and most recently the Head of Real Assets fund administration. Peter received a BA in Biology from Earlham College (USA) in 1997 and an MBA from the University of Manchester (UK) in 2005.
