Nira Jaiswal joined HarbourVest in 2018 and is a leader of the Firm’s global information technology team, focusing on providing governance oversight on Business Intelligence tools and capabilities as well as supporting the Firm’s enterprise analytics and reporting platform. Nira joined the firm from IMS Health where she was responsible for several complex and syndicated BI applications for pharmacies, wholesalers and FDA. Before IMS, she worked as a senior Consultant with MicroStrategy, in strategic engagements with clients advising them on Strategy and implementation roadmap. Prior to MicroStrategy, she worked with Infosys and TCS, delivering complex BI and Data Warehousing solutions to clients. Nira received a BE in Computer Engineering from Barkatullah Unviversity (India) in 2002. She holds multiple certifications in BI/Analytics and Process domains.
