Nick Fleischhacker joined HarbourVest in 2019 to lead its capital markets activities. His responsibilities include overseeing banking relationships and the use of credit and hedging products. Nick joined HarbourVest from Miami, where he spent five years working for both a public sector and private sector issuer where he raised over $15 billion in financing. He also spent over seventeen years in investment banking with RBC Capital Markets (including predecessor firms Tucker Anthony and Dain Rauscher) in New York and Boston. He worked most recently in the industrials investment banking coverage group and prior to that in the infrastructure and public finance groups. Nick’s banking experience includes arranging financings across a wide range of debt products as well as M&A and equity roles. Nick received a BA from Carleton College in 1995 and an MBA in Finance from Boston University in 2001. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
