Lyndy Stanway Marsh joined HarbourVest in 2021 and manages the EMEA human resources team. She is an experienced human resource professional with expertise in recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent management, and helping teams achieve goals through organizational effectiveness. Lyndy joined the Firm from Rede Partners where she was a head of the human resource department. In her role, she managed, developed and implemented all aspects of the firm’s performance management and year end compensation process. Her previous experience also includes 12 years with UBS where she held a wide range of human resources positions.
