Bio

Jonathan Sidi joined HarbourVest in 2019 as EMEA Counsel. He focuses on fund formation, corporate governance, and general legal support for business and operational matters. Prior to joining HarbourVest, Jonathan spent six years at Artisan Partners Asset Management, where he was UK Head of Legal and responsible for general legal support in EMEA, with a focus on fund formation, EU and UK regulations, and distribution-related activities. His prior experience also includes associate roles with Allen & Overy (London) and Arendt & Medernach (London, Luxembourg) where he provided legal advice to financial services firms and institutional investors in relation to their activity and investments. Jonathan received a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Paris II in 2002 and an LLM from Northwestern University in 2006. Jonathan speaks fluent French.
