Jean Walsh joined HarbourVest in 2015 and currently oversees the treasury team with a focus on fund cash management, including liquidity planning and capital calls. Jean has extensive experience in all aspects of treasury management, including global cash management, foreign exchange, credit arrangements, treasury systems, and risk management. Prior to joining HarbourVest, Jean spent eight years at Boston Scientific where she held several treasury roles including senior manager of the global treasury operations team. Her prior experience also includes eight years with General Electric in various finance roles. Jean received a BS (magna cum laude) in Economics and General Management from Boston College and an MBA (summa cum laude) from Bentley University.
