Aliza Firestone Goren joined HarbourVest in 2014 and focuses on fund formation, corporate governance, and general legal support for business and operational matters. Aliza joined the Firm from Ropes & Gray LLP, where she represented clients in merger transactions, fund restructurings, and complex securities and corporate litigation matters. Aliza received a BA (with honors) in Economics from the University of Chicago in 2007 and a JD (with honors) from Columbia Law School in 2010.
