Bio

Daniel Adan is a Partner with Halmos Capital. Prior to Halmos, Dan was Director of Research in the Fundamental Strategies group at Magnetar Capital, a $14 billion hedge fund, where he focused his time investing across the capital structure in a variety of sectors. Before joining Magnetar, Dan was a portfolio manager and Managing Director at Perry Capital, a $10 billion hedge fund, where he executed over $2 billion in investments across a variety of asset classes and strategies. Dan began his career within the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he advised corporate management teams within the Industrials, Business Services and Energy sector. Dan graduated summa cum laude from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida with a B.S. degree in Finance. Dan sits on the Board of Trustees at KIPP NJ and KIPP Miami, a Charter School Management Organization, where he chairs the Finance Committee.
