Bio

Scott is a Principal in H.I.G. Capital’s Miami office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction execution, and implementation of post-closing growth, operational, and add-on acquisition strategies. He has executed private equity investments in a number of industries including healthcare, government services, auto, technology, and logistics. Prior to re-joining H.I.G. capital in 2018, Scott was a Principal with Staple Street Capital, a middle market private equity firm based in New York City. Scott also has operating experience as a member of the management team at an H.I.G. portfolio company, PMSI. Scott started his career in the Technology, Media and Telecom group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Scott received his undergraduate degree from Yale University.
