Bio

Rohin is a Managing Director in H.I.G.’s London office. He is responsible for all key aspects of the private investment transaction process including deal origination, transaction structuring and negotiating, and post-closing portfolio company oversight. Rohin is a member of the Investment Committee of the Europe Middle Market fund. Rohin has over 15 years of experience in Private Equity covering a wide range of sectors, regions and investment strategies. Prior to joining H.I.G. in 2020, he lead the Healthcare Sector Team at Triton Partners. Prior to that, he worked at Mistral Equity Partners and UBS Investment Bank. Rohin has a BScE and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
