Bio

Jonathan is a Principal in H.I.G. Capital's San Francisco office, where he focuses on making investments for the Advantage Fund. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including origination, transaction structuring, financing and execution of post-closing growth strategies. Jonathan has ten years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining H.I.G., Jonathan was as a Principal at American Infrastructure Funds where he evaluated and executed middle market private equity investments in a variety of industries and served on the boards of a number of portfolio companies. Previously, Jonathan was a private equity associate at TPG Capital and an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley. Jonathan earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his undergraduate degree in economics, cum laude, from Harvard University.
