Bio

John Woyton is a Managing Director and the Head of the H.I.G. Technology Buyout team. John has nearly 20 years of experience in the technology private equity sector. Prior to joining H.I.G., he was a Managing Director and Partner at Advent International where he helped form and lead the global TMT group. During his tenure at Advent, funds managed by Advent invested in numerous platform companies in the tech sector in control and growth capital transactions. Prior to joining Advent, Mr. Woyton worked at The Carlyle Group, 3i, and UBS Investment Bank.  John received a BSc (Honours) from the London School of Economics.
