Bio

John is a Managing Director and Head of the LBO Fund’s London team, responsible for leading investments in the UK, Ireland, Holland and the Nordic region. He has 26 years’ experience of mid-market private equity investing. John started his career at HSBC Private Equity in London and Düsseldorf and subsequently held senior positions at Duke Street and LDC. Prior to joining H.I.G., he was a Partner at Inflexion. John has originated, transacted and exited numerous investments across sectors including financial and business services, manufacturing, healthcare, IT and consumer and leisure. John speaks German and French and holds a BA in Modern Languages from Durham University.
