Fritz is a Director at H.I.G. Capital and is based in the Hamburg office, where he focuses on private equity and growth equity investments particularly in the business services, TMT and industrials sectors. Fritz is responsible for all aspects of the investment process. Prior to joining H.I.G., Fritz was Co-Founder of a global venture backed by Rocket Internet and worked in business development roles across numerous e-commerce companies based out of Berlin, Germany. Fritz earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an MA in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
