Bio

Alessandro is a Director in the London office of H.I.G.’s Bayside Capital, where he focuses on corporate stressed and distressed credit and special situations in Europe. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, from origination and research, to structuring, execution and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining H.I.G., Alessandro worked in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse in London, where he advised clients on M&A, equity and debt transactions, primarily in the transport and logistics and business services sectors. Alessandro earned his BSc in Economics and Finance and his MSc in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan, studying also at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and at the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics.
