Over the past 20 years, Mr. Chilinski has held senior management positions in several middle-market companies, including responsibilities as CEO/president, Managing Director, Board of Director and CFO. Mr. Chilinski has extensive experience managing international operations for manufacturing and warehouse/distribution businesses, primarily owned by premier private equity firms including Bain Capital, American Securities Capital and Parthenon Capital. He has negotiated and raised financing for several M&A and JV transactions in the US, Asia and Europe. He has a proven ability to reenergize operations by renewing focus on customer service and new products/services to spur top line performance. Even in mature industries, downward order trends were dramatically reversed leading to 10%-20% annual growth that far exceeded overall industry performance. Prior to his industry roles, Mr. Chilinski earned a CPA and held several senior management positions in the Smaller Business Group of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Chilinski received a B.S. in finance and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University. He is an active member in the Young President's Organization.
