Adam is General Counsel at Gurnet Point, having originally joined as Senior Legal Counsel at the B-Flexion group before serving as General Counsel at B-Flexion Services (US), Inc. He serves as a key partner to both the investment team and GPC’s portfolio companies on all legal matters and is actively involved in transaction structuring and execution. Prior to joining B-Flexion and Gurnet Point, Adam was an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges focused on public company mergers and acquisitions and an investment banking Associate at Raymond James in their Technology and Services group. Adam earned a combined J.D. / M.B.A. from Cornell University where he also completed his undergraduate studies and graduated with a B.A. in Government.
