Lindsay Smith is our Chief of Staff at Gun Lake Investments. Lindsay leads key administrative activities for the firm, providing support for its investment and governance activities—including coordinating closely with GLI’s Board of Directors. Furthermore, Lindsay manages several operational duties for the firm ensuring the entire office maintains efficiency and effectiveness. Lindsay has a track record of providing organizational leadership. Prior to joining Gun Lake Investments, Lindsay worked for a leading West Michigan construction firm. Initially, Lindsay served as a Preconstruction Coordinator where she managed budgets, RFP process, and coordinated essential communication between clients, architects, and contractors. Lindsay promoted to serve as the executive assistant to the President at the firm in recognition of her hard work and accomplishments in her previous role. Lindsay began her career in commercial insurance where she negotiated with carriers and communicated with clients. Lindsay graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She lives in Rockford with her husband Brent and two children Ava and Asher.
