Mr. Haabestad brings to Guardian Capital Partners a diverse 20+ year professional career offering a unique blend of entrepreneurship, operating experience, executive management and financial advisory experience. He has six years of investment banking and M&A advisory experience where he was responsible for deal sourcing, deal execution and general management. He was most recently Managing Director of Investment Banking and Head of Diversified Growth Banking at Susquehanna Financial Group LLLP, a wholly-owned affiliate of Susquehanna International Group ("SIG"). Mr. Haabestad earned his MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and his BS in finance from Pennsylvania State University.
