Ms. Stott’s responsibilities include fund and management company accounting and tax oversight, and financial planning analysis. Ms. Stott also assists in the fund’s day-to-day compliance activities. Ms. Stott has considerable experience in fund accounting and also currently serves as CFO of TL Ventures and Penn Mezzanine. Ms. Stott was a Senior Manager with KPMG LLP, working with its audit and assurance group.
