Tim is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, executing, and monitoring investments in Gryphon’s Heritage Fund. Having joined Gryphon in 2004, Tim has held multiple roles within Gryphon during his tenure, including Managing Director within Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group, where he worked with Gryphon portfolio companies to improve and systematize their financial planning and analysis to drive greater accuracy in their forecasting abilities, and as a member of Gryphon’s Business Services Group, where he supported the firm’s investments in HEPACO, Intelligrated, Jensen Hughes, Nursefinders, Orchid Underwriters, Shermco Industries, Trinity Consultants, Update Legal, and Wind River Environmental. Tim is currently a director on the boards of HEPACO and Vivify Specialty Ingredients and is a former director of Heritage Distribution Holdings.
