John works closely with senior management teams at Gryphon portfolio companies to maximize short and long-term operating and financial performance and has previously held Chairman or Director roles with ECG Management Consultants, JENSEN HUGHES, K&N Engineering, Orchid Underwriters, SynteractHCR, and Trinity Consultants. John also participates on the investment review committee and assists Gryphon deal teams in evaluating prospective investments.
