Carl joined Gryphon in 2019 as an Operating Partner to Gryphon’s Software Team. He is a seasoned technology executive with more than 25 years’ experience driving rapid growth for software and SaaS companies through innovation, product vision, and execution. At Gryphon, Carl works closely with the senior management teams of Gryphon portfolio companies to maximize short- and long-term operating and financial performance through strategic, commercial, and operational improvements. He is also a member of the investment review committee and assists Gryphon deal teams in identifying, evaluating, and executing investments. In addition to his board seats listed above, Carl is a former Director at FieldRoutes and currently serves as a Board Advisor to the board at RichRelevance where he was previously CEO.
