Since 1988, Raimund has been responsible for more than 70 acquisitions in the SME sector with an investment volume of around EUR 1 billion. He founded Grünwald Equity in 2001. Before that, from 1994 to 2001, he was CEO of TA Triumph-Adler AG, which he developed from a loss-making typewriter manufacturer with a turnover of EUR 75 million to a highly profitable medium-sized holding company with a revenue of over EUR 700 million. From 1988 to 1994, Raimund was Managing Director of IMM Industrie Management München GmbH and various companies of the IMM Group, which he founded. Prior to that, he was a management consultant at Bain & Co. Raimund holds a Ph.D. in law (University of Munich) and an MBA (INSEAD). Raimund is managing partner of Grünwald Equity Partners GmbH and various companies of the Grünwald Equity Group.
