Bio

Petra has been working as an independent lawyer with a focus on corporate law since 1989 and has been with Grünwald Equity since its foundation in 2001. She has provided legal support for over 70 acquisitions in the SME sector, both in the context of her work for IMM Industrie Management München GmbH and the associated companies of the IMM Group that it manages, and in the context of her work for the TA Triumph-Adler Group. From 1994 to 2008, she worked as an in-house lawyer for TA Triumph-Adler AG and its affiliated companies. She has held various supervisory board mandates (Articon Integralis AG, Zapf Creation AG, Messer Griesheim GmbH) and was a member of the supervisory board of TA Triumph-Adler AG from 1994 to the end of 2003. From 1987 to 1989, Petra worked for the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs in the State Cartel Office. Petra holds a doctorate in law (University of Munich), was admitted to the bar in Munich, holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Northwestern University Chicago and was admitted to the bar in New York, NY, USA. Petra is legal counsel to Grünwald Equity companies.
