Maximilian von Grundherr has been with Grünwald Equity since 2012. From 2013 to 2016, Maximilian von Grundherr was the responsible project manager and commercial managing director of Geothermische Kraftwerksgesellschaft Traunreut mbH, which planned and built an electricity and district heating generation plant near the town of Traunreut between 2012 and 2016 and has been operating the plant since the beginning of 2016. Since 2015, Maximilian von Grundherr has also been the commercial managing director of marpinion GmbH, where he was jointly responsible for building up the company from the idea to an established company for communication in the health care sector with 50 employees and a turnover of over EUR 10 million. From mid-2016 until March 2018, he supported the portfolio company Deutsche Energieversorgungs GmbH, most recently as sole managing director. DEV develops, produces and sells innovative electricity storage systems and energy services under the name SENEC. During this time, Maximilian von Grundherr significantly restructured the key processes in development, production and customer support and accompanied the successful sale of the company to the electricity supplier EnBW in spring 2018. Before Maximilian von Grundherr began his professional career at Grünwald Equity, he studied economics and philosophy in Fribourg (Switzerland) and Munich (LMU). (B.A. Philosophy, M.A. Economics).
