Max has been active in the investment business for medium-sized companies for 18 years and has been responsible for over 20 transactions during this time. He has been with Grünwald Equity since 2005. From 2004 to 2005 he worked for Flakeboard Company Ltd. in Canada as an in-house consultant and supported the largest investment in the company's history. Flakeboard is the leading supplier of particleboard and MDF in North America. Prior to that, Max spent three years helping to build up the online service provider Cynobia AG, most recently as a board member. In this role, Max was largely responsible for the restructuring and reorientation of the company and, together with his partners, developed it into a profitable service and software provider. In addition to this core business, Germany's most successful partner exchange (neu.de) was conceived and built up. Max studied business administration and holds an MBA (University of Buckingham). Max is Managing Partner of various companies in the Grünwald Equity Group.
