Bio

Mr. Bahnfleth co-founded GrowthPath Capital, LLC in 2005 and began his private equity career at Tangram Partners, Inc. in 1990, the year it was founded. He has worked closely with the management teams of portfolio companies to evaluate, develop, and achieve strategic and operational goals; and was responsible for identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities. For nine months he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Quick Circuits, L.P. and is currently a Director of EPIC Technologies, LLC and Icon Identity Solutions, Inc. Mr. Bahnfleth earned a Master's degree in management with distinction from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, with a concentration in finance, and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering with Highest Honors from the University of Illinois.
