Jad is the Managing Director of the Investment Advisory Team at Growthgate Capital and has professional experience in deal execution, financial advisory and corporate development across multiple sectors in the MENA region, including Real Estate, Hospitality, Technology, Manufacturing and Oil & Gas. Jad currently manages the overall deal process with regards to new investments and exit transactions of Growthgate Capital, and actively supports the portfolio companies in their bolt-on acquisitions. Prior to joining Growthgate Capital, Jad worked at a KSA-based investment holding group as Senior Associate in charge of the execution of direct investments and the management of portfolio companies. Before that, he was a Senior Consultant in the Advisory/Transaction Services Team at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) advising private equity funds, family offices and corporate clients with regards to M&A transactions, IPOs and new investments. Jad has also completed an internship as an Associate in the Investment Banking division at Barclays Capital. Jad holds an MBA from London Business School (LBS) as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Jad also earned a Bachelor of Engineering, Computer & Communications, from the American University of Beirut.
