Nadine is a Director in the Portfolio Management Team at Growthgate Capital. The team is focused on the “build” phase of our “buy and build” strategy where we provide direct support to our portfolio companies to accelerate value creation. Prior to joining Growthgate Capital, Nadine was acting COO of a construction company in Dubai with revenues of US$ 100 Million and with activities in the Middle East. While being responsible for the day-to-day operations, Nadine was actively involved in improving the internal systems. She also led the process of developing the company’s corporate governance by setting up the Board and revamping the organization’s structure to separate ownership from management. Before that, Nadine worked with NASDAQ Dubai where she was responsible for new IPO listings raising around US$ 700 Million. Nadine holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor Degree in Finance from the American University in Dubai. In addition to the native Turkish and Arabic, she also speaks French and English.
