Marissa is the CFO & Chief Compliance Officer at Growth Catalyst Partners. Marissa joined Growth Catalyst Partners in November 2021 after having spent 16 years in the private equity industry. Prior to joining GCP, Marissa spent 5 years with Partners Enterprise Capital (“PEC”), a private equity firm focused on investments in real estate operating companies across the U.S. While at PEC, Marissa was responsible for all areas of financial management and leading the back-office support function for new real estate operating companies. Prior to her role at PEC, Marissa served as Controller at Driehaus Enterprise Management, a family investment office. She also spent 8 years at WP Global Partners, a private equity investment advisor. Marissa began her accounting career as Controller at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society – Greater Illinois Chapter and also worked with the accounting team at Sovereign Specialty Chemicals before they were acquired by Henkel Corporation. Marissa received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DeVry University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
