Ruhne is driven by identifying enablers for scalability and acceleration, and by utilizing his operational and international experience in both PE, VC and large publicly listed corporations. Joining GRO Capital was a way to help companies through the various stages of growth, based on more than 20 years of operational experience within the technology sector. He believes that the right timing and a human touch, combined with facts, is essential when to accelerating companies and generating return. Prior to joining GRO Capital, Ruhne has been responsible for scaling VC and PE backed SaaS companies with successful exits. These companies include e-conomic international (owned by HG Capital) and Falcon.io.
 Earlier, Ruhne was General Manager and Global Marketing Director at Nokia, based in Helsinki, Singapore, London and Copenhagen.
 After completing his MSc from Copenhagen Business School, he started out as a digital pioneer by establishing a leading digital media agency in the Nordics.
