Lars enjoys working with B2B software business models, that can accelerate digital transformation, growth and customer success across industries. Lars believes that careful articulation and documentation of the business value derived through software, will be critical for software companies’ long term success. Lars has more than 20 years experience in software and technology, working with general management, corporate and business development, M&A and strategy. At GRO Capital, he is responsible for finding and executing new deals throughout the Nordic region, along with monitoring and growing the portfolio as an active board member. Prior to joining GRO Capital, Lars was Managing Director at Carnegie Investment Banking. Before this, Lars held an SVP position at Handelsbanken Capital Markets, an Associate Director position at Alfred Berg ABN AMRO, and also worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs in London. Lars holds an MSc in Economics from University of Copenhagen. Lars is involved in the investments with Trifork, Boyum IT Solutions, Tacton Systems AB and Adform.
