As CFO at GRO Capital, Gitte is responsible for portfolio and investor reporting, cash management and statutory financial reporting for the manager and funds. Gitte aims to maintain a close relation with our investors and CFO’s in our portfolio companies. She works in a structured and focused manner, to maintain high standards and best practice at the manager and funds management, and through out the portfolio. Prior to Joining Gro Capital, Gitte was CFO at CHANEL for 3 years, participating in the start-up of a Scandinavian HQ and responsible for ERP setup, creating the finance team and establishing procedures and controls. Before this, Gitte held a Senior Manager position as auditor at PwC for 12 years. She holds a CPA // State Authorized Public Accountant from FSR, as well as an MSc in Business Administration and Auditing.
