Artur Gniazdowski is a specialist in finance and accounting and tax legislation. As Senior Vice President Finance at Griffin Capital Partners, he is responsible for the financial operations of the European Logistics Investment (ELI) platform. His responsibilities include financial process management, investor reporting of the platform’s financial performance, day-to-day communication with financial institutions, and management of existing financing. He also oversees external service supplier activities in finance and tax advice. Artur is further engaged in the activity of Griffin Property Finance – the largest non-banking, real estate-related lending platform in Poland - where he is in charge of investor financial reporting. In addition, he handles the securing of bank financing for Griffin’s new investments and the preparation of new projects from the corporate perspective, along with analyses of their legal aspects. During his career at Griffin, Artur was engaged in numerous strategic transactions for the company, including participation in the process of a joint venture with a new investor, Madison International Realty. Prior to joining Griffin, Artur worked at international advisory companies, such as Deloitte Poland and BDO Poland. He also has professional experience in the banking industry, having worked for PKO BP. Artur graduated from the University of Warsaw.
