Prior to GreyLion, Mr. Adams was a Director at PWP Growth Equity. Previously he was at Intervale Capital, a mid-market, oil & gas focused private equity fund, where he was responsible for executing new investments and managing portfolio companies. Prior to that he was an Analyst at HSBC Securities on the Mergers & Acquisitions team. Mr. Adams received a M.B.A. from the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and received a B.A. in Honors Economics and English from Boston College.
