Prior to GreyLion, Mr. Darling was a Senior Associate at PWP Growth Equity. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Harris Williams & Co. While at Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Darling worked on transactions covering enterprise software, tech-enabled services, industrial technology and a variety of other sectors. Mr. Darling earned a B.S. in Business Administration cum laude from Babson College.
