Mark is a Vice President, U.S. Investments & Development, with execution responsibilities for Greybrook’s mixed-use and residential developments in the United States. He works with Greybrook’s development partners to underwrite and develop both high-rise and low-rise projects. Prior to joining Greybrook, Mark accumulated more than 15 years of real estate investment and development experience both in Canada and the United States. His previous positions have been with leading real estate developers and private equity firms, where he specialized in acquisition underwriting and due diligence, structured finance, and maintained development management oversight of large institutionally owned real estate portfolios, held in a variety of syndicated structures.
