Gary is an Operating Partner at Greenridge and is involved in partner company operations. Gary brings 30 years of Fortune 100 business experience to our firm, including a diverse career in a variety of leadership roles with Johnson & Johnson, where he developed expertise in the fields of Human Resource Management, Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Integration of Acquisitions, and Leadership Development. Gary grew up in Texas and, after serving in the U.S. Army, graduated from Texas A&M. Gary is actively involved as a leader at All Saints Presbyterian church. He and his delightful wife Gail enjoy traveling, hiking, tennis, and reading. A special pleasure is spending time with their family which includes 2 daughters and 4 lovely grandchildren.
